Adair Robins is a leader in organisational transformation, inclusion and growth, with a track record of helping technology companies scale high-performing, inclusive teams. As Head of Diversity & Transformation at the Tech Council of Australia, she leads national programs influencing more than 160 companies, working closely with founders, executives and policymakers to deliver measurable outcomes in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Previously, Adair was ANZ Business Lead at Meta, where she partnered with senior leadership to execute multi-billion-dollar country plans, streamline operations and lead DEI initiatives that increased community engagement by 26%. She has also advised startups, including OvumAI, on scaling strategy and execution in emerging sectors such as women’s health technology.
