Dr Kate Cornick is a leader across Australia’s startup, investment and policy ecosystem. As the CEO of LaunchVic, she has spent the last decade growing Victoria’s startup sector, supporting thousands of founders and shaping venture markets. She brings deep experience across government, commercialisation and innovation, with a focus on scaling globally competitive technology companies. Kate will join the TCA as CEO in May 2026.
